Training for elderly care and support for persons with disabilities.
Learners gain skills in personal care, safe mobility, nutrition support,
basic first aid, and respectful communication.
Duration is three weeks with practical labs, voice based learning,
job placement support, and ongoing coaching.
Practical training in professional cleaning, laundry and fabric care,
bed making, hygiene standards, and safe use of cleaning tools and chemicals.
Training runs for two to three weeks with hands on practice

Training uses voice based learning, adaptive practical environments, confidential disclosure, and employer sensitization. Inclusion is intentional, safe, and focused on outcomes.
Graduates are matched to employers based on skills, strengths, and safety considerations. We support employers through onboarding, trial placements, continuous follow up, and adjustment or replacement when needed.
We track enrollment and completion, inclusion of learners and trainers with disabilities, safe placement rates, employer satisfaction, and retention after placement. Reporting is transparent to partners, donors, employers, and regulators.
