Who is Dezhub Academy training designed for?
Dezhub Academy is designed for caregivers, housekeepers, nannies, and childcare providers who want practical, job-ready skills. We especially support learners who may be excluded by long, expensive, text-heavy courses, including persons with disabilities.
What makes Dezhub Academy different from other training programs?
We use a voice-first learning model delivered through WhatsApp, combined with hands-on practical training. Learning focuses on real skills, real homes, and real employer expectations, not exams or heavy reading.
How does voice-first learning work?
Lessons are delivered through voice notes, guided practice, and audio feedback. Learners listen, practice, and receive coaching without relying on reading or complex apps. The system works on basic smartphones and uses minimal data.
How practical is the training?
About 60–70% of the training is practical. Learners train in home-simulated environments and must demonstrate real competence in caregiving, housekeeping, or childcare before they are considered for placement.
Does Dezhub Academy support job placement?
Yes. We provide skill-based placement support, employer onboarding, and follow-up after placement. Matching is done based on skills, strengths, and safety considerations to ensure long-term success.
